About us: We are proud to introduce Little Blue Van Nursery in Great Amwell, Ware. Set in a beautiful countryside location, the nursery benefits from access to a large open field, a secure playground, and both spacious indoor areas and a weather-proof outdoor classroom. Little Blue Van provides the perfect environment for active, curious and inquisitive children to explore, learn and grow.

Our experienced and dedicated team are highly qualified in childcare, learning and development, and are trained practitioners in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Many members of our team have been part of Little Blue Van for a number of years, creating a stable, consistent and nurturing environment for the children and families we support. The longevity of our staff allows us to build strong relationships with families and ensures children feel safe, secure, and well supported during their time with us.

The EYFS, regulated by Ofsted, ensures that each child’s individual learning needs and developmental stages are supported within a stimulating and nurturing environment. At Little Blue Van we strongly promote learning through play, delivering an interactive, engaging and enjoyable curriculum that encourages children to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

We welcome children from the age of two until they begin Reception at their chosen primary school.

All Key Person staff hold a Level 3 qualification or above in Childcare, Learning and Development, ensuring every child receives high-quality care and education.

Little Blue Van also runs after school clubs and breakfast clubs for Children from St John the Baptist, in addition to after school clubs for children attending St Joseph's RC school in Hertford.  Please email admin@littlebluevan.co.uk for further infomation about our after school clubs.
